The area “HR” of AGE Suite is a set of modules that allows for the structured management of many of the aspects related to the proper management of human resources in the company.

Training

The “Training” module, provides all the typical features of a corporate training management and on the basis of the checks of the state of criticality of the activities present in the company, allows to plan (in an automatic way) the corporate information, education and training program for each individual worker.

Training Booklet

The worker's training record book is a document on which all the skills acquired by the worker as a result of the training activities followed are recorded, and this information is then used by the employer to schedule training in the company.

Qualification skills

Process of evaluating and recognizing an employee's skills and abilities to ensure that he or she is able to perform assigned tasks in accordance with company standards.

Mobile Prep Panel

The “Mobile Prep Panel” APP is a native application for tablets and smartphones that allows each Preposto to view the list of PPE received (or to be collected), scheduled medical examinations, open injury files, suitability ratings, prescriptions, risk levels, etc. to which each worker under him or her is subjected.

Organization chart and assignment management

An organization chart graphically represents the internal structure of a company, while management of assignments is a process concerned with the assignment, monitoring, and supervision of tasks and responsibilities.
