The Legislative Decree 81/08 requires companies to provide periodic training for workers.
AGE web solutions, through qualified partners, has integrated within the AGE Suite software, a e-learning platform with accredited courses (fully compliant with the State/Regions agreement) that allows for easy fulfillment of such training obligations.
The company manager responsible for course planning has the ability, through the Training module of AGE Suite, to automatically send the invitation to workers via email, dedicated mobile APP, calendar appointment on Office365, etc.
The worker who receives the summons can independently connect at any time (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to the Online Training Platform and participate in the assigned courses by following a few simple steps.
At the end of the online training course, the system automatically generates the certificate, distributing it to the worker through the Worker Panel (both via web, mobile APP, or multimedia totem, if activated in the company).
Furthermore, upon passing the course, the system automatically updates the Training module of 626Suite and the related Training Book connected.
