The "PPE Management" and "CPE Management" modules allow you to map all PPE and CPE provided to workers, classify and manage them in order to periodically verify their maintenance and/or replacement, record their deliveries and related non-conformities, deduce deadlines, delivery notices, stock levels, etc.
The determination of the PPE to be provided to workers can also occur automatically based on the actual levels of exposure, depending on the equipment and machinery used, depending on the hazardous substances employed, etc.
The program allows you to manage all the main obligations regarding DPI compliance, in particular:
- replacement, delivery and distributionPPE
- management PPE warehouse
- DPI schedule
In summary, the "PPE Management" module allows you to:
- make use of a database with about 3,000 PDs (with brand, model, technical specifications, etc.) freely extendable by the customer,
- to monitor deliveries,
- to manage deadlines and notifications (also via e-mail/SMS),
- to prepare the delivery reports,
- to notify (automatically) the workers,
- to archive minutes and other documentation,
- to generate customized reports, graphs, statistics,
- to manage the PPE warehouse, reorders, stock levels, external suppliers.
