MOTHER WORKERS
The module allows for the assessment of health and safety risks for workers who are pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, or adoptive/foster mothers, as established by Legislative Decree 151/01 and Article 183 of Legislative Decree 81/08.
WORK AT DISPLAY SCREEN EQUIPMENT
The form allows for the assessment of risks due to the use of display screen equipment according to what is established by Title VII of Legislative Decree 81/08 (art. 174 and Annex XXXIV).
RISK ASSESSMENT SMART WORKING
The module allows for the assessment of smartworking risk in the workplace using a semi-quantitative "matrix" method based on a concept of probability estimation.
WORK ABILITY INDEX
The module allows for the numerical assessment of the aging risk of the worker weighted in relation to age using the WAI = Work Ability Index method as provided by the extended interpretation of art. 28 of Legislative Decree 81/08.
RISK OF ALCOHOL AND DRUGS
The form allows for the assessment of risks related to the consumption of alcohol and drugs by workers in accordance with Articles 17, 18, 25, 26, 36, 37, and 50 of Legislative Decree 81/08. The calculation method is based on the provisions of the circulars issued by the Lombardy Region on 22/01/2009 and 22/09/2009, on the State-Regions agreement of 2006 on alcohol and of 2007-2009 on narcotic substances.
