UDIRA

The UDIRA Software allows for assisted compilation of the Unique Document for the Assessment of Interference Risks (UDIRA) as required by art. 26 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 81/08. The software is capable of automatically managing multiple or recurring operations, estimating costs related to safety, displaying GANTT charts of interferences, managing safety costs, PPE, preventive measures, etc. The cloud software for compiling the UDIRA from AGE Web solutions facilitates all operations related to the drafting and updating of the UDIRA.

Management of interferences

The UDIRA, based on the provisions of current regulations, must be prepared by the Employer client to promote collaboration and coordination between the contracting companiesand the client itself, indicating which measures to adopt to eliminate or limit the risks from interference.

The Client Employer must provide information on the specific risks present in the workplaces of his company within the UDIRA, that is, in the location where the employees of the contracting company will be working.

The UDIRA program contains within it the main information (and prescriptions) regarding safety, to provide the contracting company (or self-employed workers) with detailed information on the specific risks present in the environment in which they are intended to operate (and on the prevention and emergency measures adopted) in relation to their activities in compliance with art. 26 paragraph 1 letter b, Legislative Decree April 9, 2008, no. 81.

The UDIRA software is widely featured in the Supplier Portal of AGE Suite, which allows for the complete management of the qualification and technical-professional suitability of suppliers as required by art. 26 of Legislative Decree 81/08.
