The "Supplier Portal" of AGE Suite is configured as a true web portal to which each supplier (through a specific password) can autonomously access from the internet. The supplier connected to the portal, through a very intuitive interface, can transparently interact with the company and its various internal functions.
A supplier management software that allows you to manage:
- the evaluation, qualification, and approval of suppliers as indicated by Article 26 of Legislative Decree 81/2008, or the main activities of vendor rating
- the supplier questionnaires
- the verification of technical and professional suitability and work permits
As supplier portal software, it also performs contractor software functions for managing contractors.

- Create an online supplier register with the supplier's spontaneous self-application, through user-defined registration categories, according to established time frames.
- Draft the UDIRA for the company, with the automatic management of PPE and the training requirements of each individual worker, including the management of site access permits.
- Manage notifications and automatic communications via e-mail, promptly informing the company when anomalies are registered with the supplier (e.g. documentation not delivered within the established timeframes, incomplete documentation, unfilled questionnaires, loss of qualification requirements, payment blocks).
- Easily and immediately view the supplier summary dashboard with various indicators, alerts, tasks to be performed, etc.
- Perform the bulk download of the documentation provided by the supplier with the option to send it via email to various internal business recipients.
- Perform a qualitative assessment of the supplier based on a set of criteria freely defined by the company.
- Configure access to the portal to enable or disable entire functional areas based on the actual usage needs of each individual business user and/or supplier.
- View and export to Excel the access statistics of the portal.
- View charts, statistics, trends, and developments.
- Recognize and automatically validate the DURC through an artificial intelligence system
