The "ESG Suppliers" module of AGE Suite is aimed at meeting the requirement to also consider the performance of one's supply chain within corporate sustainability reporting. Regulations, in fact, impose reporting for both upstream and downstream supply chains.
Each supplier in the supply chain can, through the “ESG Suppliers” module of AGE Suite, access a dedicated online portal where they will find two macro categories of information:
- the “ESG Score” section
- and the “Data Collection” section
The “ESG Score” section allows for an automatic classification of suppliers' sustainability performance through the online completion of a set of questions (freely configurable by the Client) that refer to the ESRS standards.
The questions do not collect quantitative data, but focus only on actions and corporate policies in place by the suppliers, assigning specific scores to these actions.
For the Client, it is still possible to freely configure each question (and the related scores applied) drawing from the vast database present within the module (including the possibility of supporting other standards different from the ESRS, e.g. GRI, etc.).
The “Data Collection” section of the “ESG Suppliers” module of AGE Suite allows the Client to automatically (and periodically) collect online from their suppliers the data necessary for reporting related to their “value chain.”
The ESG Suppliers module is integrated with the AGE Suite Suppliers Portal, a powerful tool for managing the assessment, qualification, and approval of suppliers in the HSE field.
